4Account Registration & KYC

Each individual is permitted to hold one account only on koko303. Opening duplicate accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is prohibited and may result in permanent closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances.

You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during registration, including your legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid Malaysian phone number or email address. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of this information and must notify koko303 support of any changes.

KYC verification is mandatory before processing any withdrawal request and may be required at any stage at koko303's discretion. Acceptable documentation typically includes a government-issued photo identification document (e.g., MyKad, passport) and proof of address. koko303 reserves the right to request additional documentation and to suspend withdrawal access until verification is complete.

5Terms of Use

6Deposits & Withdrawals

koko303 supports a range of Malaysian payment methods including Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, RHB, Hong Leong Bank, and cryptocurrency (BTC, ETH, USDT). Minimum deposit amounts, maximum withdrawal limits, and processing time estimates are displayed within the account cashier and are subject to change.

Withdrawal requests will only be processed to a payment account registered in the Member's own name. Transfers to third-party accounts are strictly prohibited. koko303 reserves the right to request proof of ownership of any payment method prior to processing a withdrawal.

7Bonuses & Promotions

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they and any associated winnings are eligible for withdrawal. The applicable multiplier (e.g., ×10, ×15, ×20) is stated in each offer.
• Maximum Bet During Active Bonus: While a bonus is active, the maximum permitted stake per single bet or game round is typically capped at MYR 250 to MYR 500, as stated in the promotion's specific terms. Exceeding this limit may result in the bonus and derived winnings being voided.
• Game Contribution Rates: Slot games typically contribute 100% toward wagering requirements. Table games, live casino, and sports betting may contribute at a reduced rate (commonly 10%–20%). Check individual promotion terms for applicable rates.

8Betting & Gaming Rules

• A bet or game stake is irrevocable once confirmed. koko303 does not accept cancellation requests after a wager has been accepted.

9Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on koko303 and will result in account suspension or permanent closure:

10Suspension & Termination

koko303 reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Member account without prior notice where koko303 reasonably suspects or determines that:

• The Member has breached any provision of this Agreement.
• The Member's account shows patterns indicative of fraud, money laundering, or prohibited conduct.
• KYC verification has not been completed within the required timeframe.
• Continued operation of the account presents a legal, regulatory, or commercial risk to koko303.

Members wishing to close their own account voluntarily may contact koko303 support at any time. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining real-money balance (after deduction of applicable pending bonus conditions) will be returned via the Member's registered payment method, subject to completed KYC verification. Bonus funds are forfeited upon voluntary account closure.

11Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, koko303 and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to access the platform.

koko303 does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from malware or other harmful components. You use the platform at your own risk. koko303's aggregate liability to any single Member shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that Member to koko303 in the twelve months immediately preceding the claim.

koko303 is not responsible for any losses — financial or otherwise — arising from decisions made based on information displayed on the platform. All gambling involves risk, and you should only wager amounts you can afford to lose.

12Privacy & Data

koko303 collects and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of this Agreement. By registering an account you consent to the collection, storage, and processing of your personal information as described in that policy.

13Responsible Gambling

14Amendments to This Agreement

Your continued use of koko303 after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to the revised terms, you must close your account before the changes take effect.

15Governing Law & Disputes

This Agreement and any dispute arising in connection with it shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which koko303 holds its operating licences. The parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts or arbitration bodies of that jurisdiction for the resolution of any dispute that cannot be resolved through koko303's internal complaints procedure.

Malaysian users acknowledge that no Malaysian regulatory body governs online gambling at koko303, and that they are personally responsible for compliance with Malaysian laws applicable to online gambling activity.
